[New Publication] New Preprint on the Unexpected Function of CDK4/6 during Mitosis

Big news from the lab! We have just released a new preprint on bioRxiv:
Mitotic CDK4/6 activity sustains spindle checkpoint signalling to prevent mitotic slippage and genomic instability.

In this study, we uncover an unexpected role for CDK4/6 during mitosis — far beyond its textbook function at the G1/S transition. The project was brilliantly led by Ruby, with Lewis as an equally contributing co-first author, and excellent contributions from Maite, Yusanjiang and Luna.

We’d love for you to check it out and share your feedback!

The manuscript is now under journal submission, and we’re excited to see where this journey takes us. Stay tuned!
